" GAAGEE " is an application provided by Shenzhen Maifit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or " GAAGEE ") that provides you with exercise guidance and health services. We take your personal information and privacy protection very seriously and will provide appropriate security measures for your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and established industry security standards.

In order to provide better sports and health services, we need to collect your: basic personal information (age or date of birth, gender, height, weight), account information (avatar, nickname), sports and health information (sports data and health data), application information (basic application information, application usage information, account login information, installed application list, etc.), network information (carrier information), location information (precise location information, movement trajectory, base station information, etc.), device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.), mobile phone model, system version number, Bluetooth information, wearable model, and data you actively upload (questions and suggestions, questionnaire description, etc.). This information is the basic personal information that must be collected to provide you with services. We will use the above information to comprehensively judge your account, account and transaction risks, conduct identity authentication, customer service, detect and prevent security incidents, archive and backup purposes, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law. • After you exit the " GAAGEE " application, this application will still access the mobile phone sensor to obtain step data and connect to the network to complete data synchronization, message reception, device software updates and log upload services.

Your " GAAGEE " information contains sensitive personal information. We will upload it to the server only after you have explicitly agreed in the application. The above data will be stored in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

1.1 Account Login

To manage GAAGEE data, we use account registration and login functions based on account services. Before using an account, please ensure that you have read and agreed to the privacy statement of the corresponding account to understand and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of personal information of the corresponding account. After logging in, we will need to use your basic personal information (gender and date of birth). Gender and date of birth are used to provide you with better service .

1.2 GAAGEE Device Management

To manage your device, we need to collect your device identification information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, MAC address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.), device hardware information, device usage information, basic system information, and network information. This information is collected to establish Bluetooth connections, manage device configurations, complete software upgrades, display data sources, and collect statistics on device activations. This data will also be used to improve the network connection experience. 

In addition, to support device linking, we connect to GAAGEE devices via Bluetooth to obtain device log information, location information, and device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.). You can terminate the collection of such data by disconnecting or unbinding.

connecting some " GAAGEE " devices, in order to provide more accurate data monitoring, you can modify your gender, age, height, weight in "My" > "Personal Information" in the " GAAGEE " application so that we can provide you with better related services.  

GAAGEE " device of Shenzhen Maifit Technology Co., Ltd. , " GAAGEE " provides a device upgrade path. Your device name, device identification information (system basic information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system log, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identification, etc.), and device usage information will also be uploaded to the server of Shenzhen Maifit Technology Co., Ltd. to complete activation statistics and device problem analysis.

After the devices are successfully paired, third-party applications that interact with the paired device through " GAAGEE " can obtain data such as your device's identifier (pairing is reset and unique for each application), device name, device hardware information and status (charging or in use). Third-party applications can also send messages or notifications to your paired device; based on your explicit authorization, these third-party applications can access the device's sensor data, log information, location information, device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, AndroidID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, etc.).    

When you use our services, we may automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as relevant network logs, such as your login account, IP address, browser type, telecom operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, duration of stay, and refresh history.  

1.3 GAAGEE Data Management

1.3.1 Personal Data Management

To manage your profile data, we need to collect your personal information, including gender, date of birth, height, weight, exercise data, and more . You can fill in or modify this information by going to "My Profile" > "Personal Information." Failure to provide this information will affect the accuracy of data calculations, but it will not affect your ability to use the local profile management function .

In order to provide you with exercise statistics and health services, we will access and read your health data with your authorization, including:

We will obtain your step data through the device's built-in sensors or third-party health platforms (such as Google Fit, Apple HealthKit, etc.) that you have authorized to access. The relevant instructions are as follows:

1.4 User Experience Improvement Services

To improve product quality and enhance the user experience, we need to collect your device identification information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android Advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.), basic system information, device usage information, system usage information, and device usage information, including the pages you open and buttons you click in the app, and the functional operation of the app and device. This information is used to analyze and count device and app usage and improve services and user experience. The above data is only analyzed as a whole and does not include your personal information. All related data will be deleted after use.

The logs and contact information you upload are only used for communication and problem location, and will be automatically deleted after the data storage period expires. If you do not provide this information, the developer may be unable to resolve the problem you encounter, but this will not affect your use of other features of this service . What information is collected and how is it used?

GAAGEE and its third -party service providers and business partners (please refer to " How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information " above for more details) use technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts. These technologies are used to analyze trends, track your activities, and gather statistical information about our user base. We receive individual or aggregated analytics reports collected through these technologies. These technologies help us better understand your behavior, determine which parts of our applications you visit, and improve their functionality.

• Multi-language function: In order to provide you with multi-language function support for the app, we carry the user's locale settings based on cookies and perform multi-language translation based on locale for some content that needs to be displayed in a specific language.

• Mobile analytics: To better understand how our software is used on your phone, we collect information about the app version and system type. This is done by using the User-Agent field in cookies. We do not associate this information with your personal information.

2.1.    In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we will store your personal information collected and generated during operations within the People's Republic of China within China. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with this App and related services and within the time limits required by laws, regulations, and regulatory authorities. After you uninstall GAAGEE, we will delete your personally identifiable information.

2.2.    If we cease operating the App, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held.

2.3.    We have adopted various protection measures, including internal management systems and technical safeguards, to protect your personal information, including but not limited to:

2.3.1.  In terms of internal management system, we have adopted a data classification and grading system according to the sensitivity and type of data, and based on the classification and grading results, we have implemented various permission restrictions such as user permissions, usage scenario permissions, usage authorization permissions, and hierarchical approval mechanisms; for personal information that has been stored for an extended period, we will delete your personal information.

2.3.2.  In terms of technical safeguards, we have adopted irreversible encrypted storage and isolated storage during storage, desensitized information during display and download, and dedicated line transmission, encrypted transmission, key and data medium isolated transmission and other technical measures during transmission to ensure the security of your personal information.

2.4.    The internet is not 100% secure, and we will do our best to ensure the security of any information you send us. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you, in accordance with laws and regulations, of the following: the basic circumstances and potential impact of the incident, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for self-prevention and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. 2.5.    Please keep your App login name and other personal information secure. When you use the App services, we will use your login name and other personal information to identify you. If you leak this information, you may suffer losses and face adverse legal consequences. 四 .   Device Permission Calling Instructions

Storage permission: When you use features such as sharing or logging in to your account, you can choose to enable this permission to read or write app usage information and intermediate data. If you no longer need these services, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting the use of other services.

Location permission: When you use Bluetooth pairing or other location-related features, you can choose to enable this permission to determine your current location. This allows for more accurate location tracking . If you do not grant this permission, it will affect the normal use of Bluetooth pairing and other location-related features .

Bluetooth usage permission: Location permission and Bluetooth usage permission are both used to obtain the power of low-power Bluetooth headsets.

Network permissions: Network permissions are used for application error log collection, application version update detection, authorization activation, account login, etc.

Access device information status: This is actually to verify the user's device information (basic system information, device name, device identifier, IMEI, Mac address, system logs, system usage information, device usage information, IMSI, Android ID, Android advertising ID, OAID, hardware serial number, SIM card ID, etc.).

五 .   How do we handle personal information of minors?

5.1 Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Minors are prohibited from creating their own user accounts without parental or guardian consent. When collecting personal information from minors with parental consent, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the child.

5.2 Although local laws and customs may define a minor differently, we consider anyone under the age of 14 to be a minor.

You can access your personal information in "My → Profile," including your nickname, gender, preferred unit system, preferred time system, height, weight, and birthday. If you are unable to access this personal information through the above link, you can contact us at any time via email at Support@GAAGEEinnov.com. We will respond to your request within 15 business days .

If you need to inquire about or access other personal information generated during the use of our products or services, you can also contact us via email: Support@GAAGEEinnov.com and we will provide it to you.

Correcting your personal information If you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request that we make corrections. If you find that your information is incorrect, you can do so yourself through the following paths:

10.2.  Deleting your personal information

10.2.5     If we terminate our services and operations.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain your independent authorization.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.

10.3.  Change the scope of your authorization

You can view the list of authorized functions for your device in the App by going to "My → Permission Settings → System Permission Management" (depending on the device, the items displayed on this page may vary in different clients). If you want to make changes to device permissions, click the button on the page to be directed to the phone settings to make the changes.

10.4.  Withdrawal of consent

You can choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary for using GAAGEE , but the provision of most other information is determined by you. You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting information or revoke your authorization by modifying the information, turning off the device, etc.

Once you withdraw your authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of your authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding information. However, your decision to withdraw your authorization will not affect the information processing previously carried out based on your authorization.

You can go to "My → Account and Security → Log Out " and click " Log Out " to withdraw your consent to the privacy policy and exit " GAAGEE " .

10.5.  Cancel account

If you need to cancel your account, the following conditions must be met:

10.5.1 : The account has not been involved in any complaints or reports;

10.5.2 : There are no unused benefits in the account. If you have unused benefits, your cancellation application will be deemed as your voluntary waiver of the corresponding benefits;

10.5.3 : You completely waive your right to retrieve the data;

10.5.4 : Account cancellation is not related to any complaints, disputes, lawsuits, investigations by competent authorities, etc., and there is no realistic risk of the aforementioned lawsuits or adjustments;

10.5.5 : The account does not have any other obligations that should be fulfilled according to the requirements of laws and regulations but have not yet been fulfilled;

Cancellation process: Go to "My → Personal Information → Cancel Account " to enter the account cancellation page, and click "Confirm" again to cancel the account.

10.6.   Consequences of account cancellation

10.6.1      : You will not be able to perform any permission operations based on this account;

10.6.2      : You will not be able to log in to the GAAGEE APP account with this account again ;

10.6.3      : After you log out, we will clear your data and you will not be able to retrieve all the information and data you have stored and used under this account;

10.6.4      : Other consequences that may damage your rights and interests or cause losses to you;

After you cancel your account, we will stop providing you with products and/or services, and upon your request, we will delete your personal information.

九 .   How this policy is updated

Our Privacy Policy may change.

We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page. For significant changes, we will display the revised Privacy Policy to you via a pop-up window after you enter GAAGEE. Please note that only after you click the "Agree" button in the pop-up window will we collect, use, share, and store your personal information in accordance with the revised Privacy Policy. Situations that constitute significant changes include, but are not limited to:

     11.1.         There are significant changes in the scope and mode of services we provide, such as changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information, the type of personal information processed, the way personal information is used, or the identity of third parties receiving the data;
